André Foster has over 20 years of experience in the information technology field and joined Columbus Communications management team in 2005 following its acquisition of Cable Bahamas Ltd. Mr. Foster currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer with Columbus and has responsibility and oversight over Columbus’ corporate IT and its IP-based Service Provider Networks.

Prior to joining Columbus, Mr. Foster held senior management positions with Cable Bahamas, joining their management team in 1998. In his capacity with Cable Bahamas, Mr. Foster was the chief architect of The Bahamas' first IP Broadband and Metro Ethernet networks and was instrumental in developing the CoralWave business unit as the leading Internet Service Provider in The Bahamas.

Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Information Studies degree from Florida State University and currently holds both Juniper and Cisco certifications.

Mr. Foster has been instrumental in the development of Columbus Internet infrastructure and is the senior IP network architect for all of Columbus operating companies.

Mr. Foster is a citizen of The Bahamas and resides in The Bahamas.
