Collectively, our board members boast 100's of years of public and private corporate board experience, as well as significant industry and capital market expertise. Many of our directors reside in our operating territories and as such possess a keen sense of both the pulse of the economy and consumer sentiment in our service region. Columbus’ corporate management team brings a wealth of experience to the Caribbean region. Its administrative personnel boast decades of experience in the areas of capital market transactions, marketing, regulatory affairs, programming and content, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, financial management and operations. Columbus does not believe in "fly in" management teams. As such, Columbus' 2,400 plus team members reside in the region where they can employ their talents as close to the customer as possible, while at the same time ensuring that Columbus plays a significant social role in the communities it serves throughout the region.
Columbus Communications AND Flow
Columbus operates under a world-class management team with extensive industry experience. Combined, the senior management team at Columbus has in excess of 100 years of operating and management expertise in the communications and financial industries. Several members of the team have been working together in various capacities and roles for almost 20 years. Capitalizing on their deep relationships across the Caribbean and their extensive knowledge of local policies and regulations in the public and private sector, these locally-based management teams have accumulated an impressive track record of achievement; the team has successfully acquired and integrated several operating companies, and has built or rebuilt multiple cable television systems in eight countries since 2005.
Columbus’ network architecture and administrative teams provide oversight to all Columbus retail telecommunications companies. This team has significant experience in digital video cable TV, core routing, provisioning, customer management systems, IPTV, high definition broadcasting, Internet service provisioning, commercial data and transport services, HFC network design and construction, and digital voice services

Columbus Networks boasts one of the most experienced management teams in the sub-sea fibre optic business. With in house experts in the areas of sub-sea fibre optic network design, engineering and deployment, cable station construction and operations, 24/7/365 network operation centers, IP engineering, project management and data hosting facilities management, Columbus is uniquely positioned to serve both its large and diverse corporate customer base along with global and regional telecom service providers serving the region.
Since 2005, Columbus Networks team has acquired, constructed, remediated and repaired numerous subsea fiber optic cable systems in the region. In addition the company has deployed significant terrestrial fiber networks into the major city centers in many of its markets including local loop fibre networks into many metropolitan commercial corridors. Having successfully managed this significant capital and network deployment, Columbus Networks is strategically positioned to provide a myriad of both bandwidth and end-to-end business solutions to its expanding corporate and carrier customer base.
