Under the brand Flow, Columbus provides HD and 3D content through its 100% digital HFC network. The video delivery network is engineered to deliver our video service at the highest quality level provided by our programmer partners. Unlike many other operators we do not heavily re-compress video signals to save on bandwidth. Coupled with an advanced interactive guide, customers are able to enjoy an extensive library of video-on-demand that includes standard definition (SD), High-Definition (HD) and 3D content.

The VOD network is non-blocking and operates at all times with a minimum of 50% reserve capacity to deal with peak demand periods. The interactive guide includes extensive parental controls allowing the customer to control all content accessible to their children. In addition, customers can view their latest bill, search both live and on-demand programming, create favorites and order pay-per-view events.
